When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, company name, turnover band, the problem you describe, your phone number and your preferred time to be called. We use these for one purpose: to introduce you to a licensed insolvency practitioner matched to your problem.

Your details are passed to that one practitioner and to nobody else. We do not run a newsletter or a marketing list, and we do not sell data. Enquiries are kept in our inbox for twelve months for the purpose of the referral agreement and then deleted.

The site does not use advertising cookies. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not identify you.
